Responsible Use of Products
Products are not meant to be substituted for a licensed medical practitioner’s care. Do not smoke, ingest, drink, or use topically any herbal product unless first consulting a doctor or licensed herbalist.
Momma Wolf’s reuses packaging from supply deliveries to save on cost and to cut down on landfill waste. A package may contain peanuts, shredded paper or bubble wrap, depending on what I have on hand. This results in less waste and savings to my customers. No matter what material I use, your items will be well packaged.
Momma Wolf’s uses a simple flat-rate shipping rate based on your total package weight. Items will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail with tracking.
Orders normally ship 2-5 days after purchase and cleared payment. If you need your order expedited, please contact us and let us know. We will do our best to accommodate you! Additional charges may apply.
If you are local to us, we do offer pickup at our shop during certain hours. Please use our contact form for a time for pick up (usually most evening and some daytime or weekend hours). Local Delivery to King, Rural Hall, Walnut Cove, Mt Airy, Winston-Salem and Kernersville is in the works and will be an additional fee, depending on location.
We currently accept Credit Card and Debit Card payments through Paypal. Online orders being picked up locally, will have to be paid for in advance, no exceptions.
Order Acceptance Policy
We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel your order for any reason.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error, error in pricing, product information received from our suppliers, etc, we will attempt to contact you by phone or email before canceling the order or item that is incorrect.
We are required to charge North Carolina sales tax on orders to be delivered to addresses within the State of North Carolina. The customer is solely responsible for all sales tax on orders shipped to any other state. We do not ship out of the country at this time.
Prices are subject to change without notice. The prices listed on our website will be the most accurate and up to date available.
Back Order Policy
While we make all our bath products from scratch, there may occasionally be an item listed that is out of stock, or a non-body product that is on back order from a supplier. If this is the case, you will be given the option to wait on the item, exchange for something else, or be cheerfully refunded.
If you are missing any merchandise from your order, or have received damaged items, put the package aside and contact us within 3 days so we may get the issue resolved in a timely manner. Please include photos of items and the packaging. All orders are inspected carefully before shipment.
Most of our items are “Personal Use” items and cannot be returned. If there is an issue with a product, you must contact us within 3 days of receipt by emailing MW(at)MommaWolfs(dot)com or using the contact form on this site. We will only issue refunds for product defects, which will be determined by Momma Wolfs. Please be prepared to send photos and description of any alleged issues. Refunds will be in the form of Store Credit.
